Twenty on the River is one of those British country gastro pub restaurants you won't forget. Set in 4.5 acres and recently completely refurbished and beautifully designed into a stylish, ultra-modern gastro pub restaurant. With an impressive selection of fine beers and wines and a menu that would make many top city restauranteurs envious, we think we've put our finger on what makes the perfect outing, at any time of day.

Twenty on the River is a unique venue in its own right. There are oak wood floors and bare black wood tables, while the walls are painted in light shades with the odd piece of abstract art providing splashes of extra colour. The non-smoking restaurant seats 150. There is a very large decking area overlooking the pretty garden with further seating for 100, an ideal spot for sipping drinks, heated canopies keep you warm when the sun goes down and a luxurious lounge area where sumptuous sofas offer comfort for those enjoying coffee or a quiet drink. Live entertainment is provided each Wednesday evening.

The head chef Glen Elie (ex Harbour Heights Hotel) takes great pride in his work, using only the freshest and finest ingredients. Locally sourced fresh meat and vegetables ensure top quality fare at all times.

We are open 7 days a week, food is available lunch time and evening and all day Saturday. We have a Happy Hour from 5-7pm and diners if you pre-book your table for between 6 and 7pm your table will receive a free bottle of wine. Senior Citizens are entitled to a massive 50% discount on our lunch time specials menu (Mon-Thurs).
